We have competitive pricing for extended visits, defaulting to a reduced overall cost if the work does not warrant the original provisioned length of service.

Remote operations
Each support call will be dealt with by an operations specialist and cover the initial diagnosis of the reported issue and - where possible - advice and solutions for the concern. For those issues that cannot be adequately addressed during the standard 20-minute contact, you will be provided with a summary report of the topic along with a proposal for additional support when warranted.

Registration package (CORP0001). Our most popular package, and ideal for start-ups. Includes 20 support tickets and priority response

Delta package (CORP0006). 10 separate remote tickets, 24 hour max response. Ticket will not expire over time; on completion of a ticket you will be provided with an invoice for the ticket used and a summary statement listing what has been used and the remaining tickets.

Pixel package (CORP0007). One-off remote sessions, dependent on the next available engineer
Operations consultations
We offer on-site consultation for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month and 3 Month contracts. This support service covers implementation of new OS and overviews of any current systems. Many services – such as company manuals, capacity planning and compiling procedures - can be costed as off-site services, which are a more cost-effective option.

We offer full support for existing companies wishing to review their current systems, along with new start up's looking for productive systems and procedures to assist in their growth. Our services cover both MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning):
