On‑site Technology Support for Care Homes, Libraries & Community Venues

Delivered by VR‑Tech & Systems Limited

How the sessions are delivered

Each IT Surgery is staffed by two qualified technicians, ensuring both efficiency and flexibility:

Technician 1 – Booked Appointments

Focused on pre‑booked one‑to‑one sessions with residents or members who require dedicated support.

Technician 2 – General Enquiries

Available to assist with walk‑up or miscellaneous queries, quick checks, advice, and guidance for those without a booking.

This approach ensures that no one is turned away and that booked sessions are not disrupted.
